Cardio Club
Starting:September 3 to December 19
When: Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday
What time: 7:10am-7:35am
Where: Wilson Creek Gym
Why: Research
has demonstrated that exercise increases mental acuity. On average it lasts 4 to 10 hours after exercise!
In past test runs of morning exercise the U.S. and Canada have shown that the program improves learning ability, boosts attention and motivation and manages behavioral problems.

Other studies shows that aerobic fitness helps increase both reading and math scores.

The Cardio Club is a voluntary program, but if interested, we ask that you and your child make a commitment to the program.
Space is limited, so anyone who starts but stops the program might take spots away from others who want to participate.
Parent permission is required. If interested please email your child’s
name and homeroom teacher to Mr. Conner at [email protected].
